1. Power Back-Up
We have a UPS power back up, as well as a full natural gas generator that can power the entire building for an extended period of time if necessary.
2. Internet and Telephony
Our connectivity is powered by three separate ISP's to enable web integration and email. All of our phone lines and numbers (local and toll free) are brought in through multiple carriers to ensure that telecommunication needs are met, even if one carrier is experiencing a technical difficulty.
3. Hardware and Back-Ups
Once your calls have reached our building, they are routed through our Telescan hardware/software system and then sorted accordingly. Our Wygant recording system maintains voice logs of all calls, which we keep stored for any situation. All messages are archived for 180 days but long-term storage is kept in case the need arises for data retrieval. Redundancy is emphasized in all of our systems and all have back-ups available to be swapped in at a moment's notice.
4. Operator Stations
Each of our Operators work at a state-of-the-art stations designed by PCMSI/Telescan. Each station has dual screens to allow for web functionality to be incorporated into your account if needed. Our call center layout keeps operators comfortable and efficient.
5. Communication Servers
A wide range of delivery options provides you with the flexibility to respond to your customers in a timely manner.
Our Email, SMS Text, Fax and Alpha servers are designed and maintained here at PCMSI.
